Food & Beverage Supervisor – Courtyard Bistro

Courtyard by Marriott Cayce Columbia is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant and bar operations and ensure consistent guest service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support Bistro staff during all shifts

• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality

• Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching team members

• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards

• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally

• Support inventory control and opening/closing procedures

Requirements:

• Previous Food & Beverage supervisory experience preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Open availability preferred, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and guest-focused
